Anna has over 20 years of experience in the identity industry working closely with vendor technologies and delivery teams in the capacity of consultant, solutions architect, and now as a Senior Offering Manager for IBM’s Identity and Access Management Services portfolio. She joined IBM Security Services in March 2020 bringing her operational knowledge into the offering management solution delivery. Anna is working to standardize traditionally custom-managed engagements and developing offerings for IBM Services to help clients gain an understanding of the risks and controls of the identities in the cloud. She is also a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner along with training in Design Thinking.
