Johnathan Van Houten

Johnathan Van Houten is a certified master IT Architect and Lead Security Architect for the Always-On Hybrid Cloud Services organization at IBM. With over 20 years of experience in the security field, both as a penetration tester and defense-in-depth architect, in addition to developing one of the first continuously available systems architectures, Johnathan provides a broad scope of experience toward correlating threat vectors. Johnathan is currently pursuing his Doctorate, with a dual concentration in both cloud and security and is a member of Epsilon Pi Tau and Golden Key International Honor Societies. He has a passion for gathering and processing intelligence, as well as English tea, frequently noting the correlation between the two.
