Kat Speer

Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Kat started her career at IBM as an Information Developer for IBM Security. She has spent her career learning to harness the power of words and striving to present technical concepts clearly and concisely. To date, she has written technical documentation for six Security products. Additionally, she creates external bulletins detailing security vulnerabilities as well as B2B content. In her spare time, she likes reading and writing free verse poetry, to do lists, and unnecessarily long text messages. Outside of the world of words, she loves running, learning ballet, and financing the lifestyle to which her schnauzer has become accustomed.
