Global Lead Network Architect
Kirk joined IBM in 1996 (IBM Colombia, South America) working initially for IBM Global Network (IGN) supporting IBM clients using their internet offering. Kirk then moved to the IBM Internal Account (IGA) working initially as an IT Specialist and Delivery Architect leading several projects in Latin America. In 2007, Kirk relocated from Colombia to Costa Rica where he jumped to roles as IT Infrastructure Manager, Technical Solution Architect, Technical Solutions Manager, People Manager and Global Network Architect working for Global Process Services (GPS). In 2013, with the opening of the Global SO Delivery operations in Costa Rica, Kirk moved into a leadership role driving Cloud Managed Services (CMS) network deployments and boarding new customers. Today, Kirk is being transitioned to be part of the ICN Network SSA as Lead Architect driving network engagements, assessments and troubleshooting increasing the coverage for the Americas but providing support for other Geographies.
