Mr. Dwyer leads IBM’s Global Security Intelligence and Security Operations competency (SIOC) with ~750 staff worldwide and more than 500 clients across a wide range of industries. Mr. Dwyer has worked with companies around the world to develop business driven Enterprise Security Strategies, implemented programs to establish and/or transform more than 170 Security Operations Centers (SOC’s), SOC Strategy, SOC Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization. Prior to founding the SIOC consulting practice, he was an Associate Practice Leader and service leader responsible for IBM’s Management Consulting and Strategy Practice in the Western United States. Experience also includes IT Strategic Planning, application development, global ERP system integration, infrastructure architecture, sourcing, solution architect, delivery leader.
