With more than 20-year experience in various roles in the IT industry I have as a security architect / consultant a great passion for (cyber) security. These experiences range from setting up and managing network infrastructures, designing and realizing different applications to full-scale SIEM (IBM QRadar) and SIM (Splunk/ELK) implementations. Next to this I perform research on various related security topics. The combination of these experiences together with creativity and dose of common sense makes me successful in identifying weak spots in the (cyber) security, to provide recommendations for improving the (cyber) security resiliency and to implement these recommendations. These recommendations are not only on the technical side, but also the processes and procedures taken into consideration when optimizing the cyber security maturity.
