Ryan worked with IBM from 2016 to early 2022 in a variety of roles and across an array of solutions - from sales to marketing and endpoint management to data security. With experience working directly with customers juxtaposed with current marketing strategy efforts, Ryan attempts to approach writing from the perspective of the reader, without sacrificing the point of view crafted from his time at IBM. He holds a B.S. from Drexel University.
