Sonya Miller
HR Director, IBM Security
Sonya Miller is the HR Director, IBM Security. In her role, she supports the business with a focus on acquiring skilled cybersecurity talent to support growth via hiring, upskilling and acquisition; ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace for all; and continuing to drive positive employee engagement. Her responsibilities include deployment of compensation programs, executive talent management, employee relations, talent strategy, and academic outreach. Prior to joining IBM Security in February 2018, Sonya held numerous HR roles across IBM. Sonya began her career at IBM 19 years ago, after completing her MBA studies at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
