William Forero Cruz has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of information security, digital forensic, incident response, auditing, cybersecurity, computer fraud and risk analysis. He previously worked as a coordinator of forensic investigations, IT audits and cybersecurity in the financial sector. William has also worked in the public sector for Contraloria and Auditoria Fiscal as a system auditor, security information analyst and engineer of threat intelligence. Currently, William is part of the IBM X-Force team, providing security and incident response proactive services and acting as an incident response consultant at X-Force IR in Latin America. He primarily serves the finance, technology, services, industrial, retail and insurance sectors.
