Spencer Ingram is Vice president, global managed security services (MSS) within IBM Security. Spencer leads market-leading delivery capabilities within multiple critical go-to-market MSS initiatives, including operational technology (OT), managed detection and response (MDR) and IBM's hybrid multicloud security capabilities. Spencer brings more than 20 years of experience in the technical services industry, most recently serving as vice president of global managed security services delivery at Secureworks, where he spent more than 18 years driving client delight through operational excellence, investing in creative and passionate team members, and driving global scalability and new offering development. While spending most of his time being accountable for operations, he has held leadership roles within product management as well as international business operations, living abroad for several years in Australia. He is highly skilled at driving business growth, creating operational efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion and delivering exceptional client experiences. Having been one of the early MSS pioneers, he is well respected as a thought leader and visionary in managed security services.
